Project Kitchen: Supporting Our Food System: A Brew HaHa!

Dinner, Drinks, Live Music & Raffle

Please join us for Impact Hub Philadelphia’s first annual Supporting Our Food System: A BrewHaHa! , in support of the Impact Hub Community Kitchen, setting the table for innovators, entrepreneurs, and activists with a buffet of opportunities to improve the way that Philadelphia eats and connects around food.

This event will feature a meal curated by Highland’s Dinner Club, signature cocktails provided by Philadelphia Distilling, Jersey Artisan Distilling and Blue J Syrup, beer provided by Shmaltz Brewing Co. and coffe provided by Elixir and poured by the Monkey & the Elephant. Bread and spread provided by Philly Foodworks, bread-breaking and a conversation about beer and community from Philadelphia’s interfaith leaders, and a keynote address from Judy Wicks, godmother of Philadelphia’s sustainable business community and a nationally-renowned thought leader in food justice practice and policy. We will also be honoring Garrett Getlin Snider for his ardent advocacy to improve the health and nutrition of Philadelphia’s youth.  Live music provided the Belleville Quartet.

Proceeds from this event will benefit Project Kitchen, the $100,000.00 fundraising campaign designed to build out the Impact Hub Community Kitchen. This is the first kitchen in Philadelphia that will simultaneously engage twenty leading food justice organizations in Philadelphia and provide an incubator for early stage food entrepreneurs to test and refine their product for market.

Refund Policy:  If you can’t attend the event, please email us at least 1 day before the scheduled time of the event. No refunds will be given if we have less than a 24 hour notice.
